How Set up an sympatico account to outlook if videotron customer?

Basiccally I'm trying to set up a sympatico e-mail account to outlook 2k7 but
my internet supplier is videotron so I'm not really sure of pop server,
username and password to use!!!!!

Both Sympatico (Bell Canada)DSL and Videotron (Quebec Canada) LAN have POP3 access.
Are you subscribed to both ??
