How setup newsgroups in outlook 2010?

I have been unable to find directions on how to setup a newsgroup
reader in Outlook 2010. The pC is running Vista Home Premium. Can
anyone tell me how to do it?

You would have to use Windows Mail (included with Vista or download/install
Windows Live Mail) if you want to do newsgroups. Microsoft Outlook isn't a
newsgroup reader.

There never has been and probably never will be NNTP (Network News
Transfer Protocol) support in Outlook. You'll have to use a
"newsreader" to access newsgroups through worldwide mesh network of NNTP
servers known as Usenet.
