How should I do a new clean Outlook installation?

First question, is Outlook 2007 fully compatible with WinXP?
I have had too many problems: with the OutlookExpress, killing the
dictionary, hidding the attachments, the format bar; with WinFax blocking it;
etc. even the Outlook get blocked itshelf with any anti-spam/virus program.
Will you send an update soon to solve it?

I will believe that I did some thing wrong and I will install again the
Outlook. But this time I want to erase all the files, configurations,
registries, etc. to start from 0.
How should I proceed?

1) Yes, Outlook 2007 is fully compatible with Windows XP.
2) Before you try starting from scratch, create a new Outlook profile and
see if that clears up your problems.
