How should i enable active x control option

ACTIVE X control Error

Dear Madam / Sir

This is regarding my query with my Internet Explorer. It doesn,t play flash
files , I tried to install Active X control but it doesn’t work.

I also try to enable Microsoft Office Template and Media Control option.

Whenever i try to download Templates, the messege appears mentioned below.

An ActiveX control could not be installed

This template could not be downloaded because the Office Online ActiveX
control could not be installed on your computer.

Pls. help me to sort out this problem.
