I have a link to the document I'm trying to build in access.

my database currently has the job information necessary in two tables (one
table contains inmate data and a jobcode if they have a unit job & the other
table contains data about each possible unit job such as Job Name, JobCode,
PayRange, Evaluator)
I use these two tables in a join query for a completely seperate report (not
related to this query/problem) .... with the layout and formatting (or
something close in formatting) I don't know how to best tackle the
problem/job.
