A while back I turned on the Formatting toolbar when editing a Calendar
entry. Now, when viewing Calendar entries and Sent mail items, the formatting
toolbar is visible (instead of only when creating a new mail message). I have
closed it MANY times, yet it keeps appearing when I view Calendar items and
Sent mail messages. It is really annoying me, as I only want it visible when
creating a new mail message. How do I stop it from appearing where I do not
want it...? Thanks.
