How the new machine name affect MS project Server

I installed MS project server on my machine. Now I need to
rename the machine name. Sounds like the project server
won't work any more. I can not log on the web access. Do I
have to uninstall and re-install the MS project server, or
is there a way to reconfig the MS project server for the
new name? Help would be appreciated.
