how the team member knows that project manager approved his hours.

when the team member submit the working hours on the my tasks page to the
project manager . how will he know that those hours has been approved by the
project manager.

Sam,

In 2003 if I remember correctly the numbers turn from blue back to black. In
2007 the team member can open the Assignment Details view for the task and
expand the Transaction Comments and Task History section to see when all
updates were submitted and approved.
