How to access checked out project?

I have a project that displays that it was checked out by me. Since I do
not have the project open, how can I now access it?

Mervin,
If you are using 2002 you need to have your project server
administrator "check in" the project to unlock it. If you are using
2003, as the PM for the project you should be able to do this yourself
(I believe). It is possible that you might lose some changes that were
made and not updated to Server. My experience is that this happens
when you lose your connection to project server.

If you are using Project Server 2003, do the following:

1. Log into PWA
2. Navigate to the Project Center
3. Click the Check in my projects link in the sidepane
4. Select the project in question and click the Check-In button
