how to activate hyperlink toolbar

Trying to do a powerpoint assignment for TAFE studies, my problem is i cannot
activate the hyperlink toolbar, have tried various things with the help
command standing in with still no avail. Would appreciate some advice as I
have only a short time to complete this test. Thank you.

TAFE? An Aussie?

The only toolbar I can think of for a hyperlink might be the web toolbar?
Right click on a toolbar and select it.
