How to activate inactive Add Ins?

I have Spambully 4 as my spam filter. Outlook inactivated it today because
outlook was having problems. In Tools, Trust Center, Add-Ins, it show
Spambully 4 inactive. How can I reactivate it. That option is not available
in the Add-Ins.

At the bottom of the Trust Center there is a manage section to
enable/disable addins.
