how to activate lincence ms office to new laptop

here any one answer pls i am in total confussion
i have using license with 10 users that in my office and i wnat to uninstall
in old laptop and deactivate in that system and i bought new laptop for that
now i have to deactivet in and i install in to new laptop and i have to
install that licence one
i hope any one help me
