how to activate microsoft office to connect to the internet

I am getting a error that my copy of microsoft outlook 2002 has already been
activated on another computer. How can i get pass this error and activate
microsoft outlook 2002 to the internet. Note i have tried re-installing
microsoft outlook twice now same response.

I'd suggest asking in a newsgroup related to Outlook: this one's for
questions about setting up and configuring Access, the database product
that's part of Office Professional.

I suspect, though, that the answer is that you'll have to contact Microsoft.
