How to activate the creation of an Error table

Hello,

Some time ago when importing data from an Excel file and there where import
errors due to e.g. type mismatch or key violations an error table was created
containing the records causing the error.

Probably after changing some settings an error table isn't created anymore.

Can anyone tell me where I can configure the setting to create an error
table again ?
