how to activate the English version of Office but able to read Chinese

Hello,

I clashed my system and need to reinstall Office. After
installation, I can't active the English office icon. All
the tools and icon in powerpoint, excel, outlook and
words are chinese. I can't understand chinese manual. How
can I change the manual to english. I tried the language
pack, I turn everything in to English, I also change the
language in Control panel into english but it still don't
work.

How could I change the Chinese manual in office into
english?
