How to add a centralised template

I have got windows 2003 server network.There are certain standard templates
stored on server. I want to add them to all the clients in the network.
Do I need to configure for each & every user on each client machine or there
is some alternative available ??

You do need to make a change to the Workgroup Templates location for each
User ID.

You can do this with a login script. You would be better to implement this
as Roaming Profiles so Laptop Users will also be served.
