I just started using Outlook 2003 and Business Contact Manager. I cannot
seem to add a "nickname" field for new contacts - which I need for mail merge
form letters (as in Dear <nickname>). In regular contacts, there is a
nickname field; it appears on the second page under "details." But there
does not appear to be any such standard field in Business Contacts. How do I
add that field?
