how to add a standard shape?

Dear all,

from the "choosing drawing type"(choosing shape), I can find a catagory
called "software", but this is not found in my friend's visio. both are visio
2003.

how to let her add this catagory?

Hi VW,

Perhaps you have Visio Professional and your friend has Visio Standard. I
don't think Standard has the software diagrams.
