how to add adresses of sent email automatically to contacts or ad.

I want to know two things:
1. How to add addresses of all mail being sent ( when sending ) ,
automatically, to address book or contacts.
2. HGow to show BCC bar to address tool bars.

Post your Outlook version and which editor you are using.

No current versions of Outlook have the ability to add recipients
automatically to your Contacts Folder. Only the long abandoned IMO mode of
Outlook 98/2000 did that. To automatically add the email address of people
you respond to your Contacts Folder requires code:

Is your F lock on?
Alt F11 brings up a VBAWindow in every version of Outlook after Outlook
2000.
