How to add an address label within an existing group (NOT at end)

I need to occasionally add address labels alphabetically into a saved Word
document. Is there a way that I can add a new label in the middle of the
document and have the rest of the labels shift down to allow room? Or can I
ONLY add at the end of the document? Thanks guys!
