How to add another language to the Tools/Language menu item?

I have Word 2000 on a W98 machine. The Office version is UK.

In the Menu | Tools | Language there is no tick in front of the Dutch
language.

Who can tell me where I can add the Dutch language?

PS. Sorry for crosspostings, but those all seemed to be relevant/useful.

From the "Regional and Language" options in the Control
Panel.

However you will need a version of Office that has Dutch
language support if you want to proofread etc Dutch text.
