how to add background picture to mdi form

I need to add a logo to the mdi form when start an ms access file.

when I open a database file. the background of the application is none. but
I would like to add a picture as a background. How can I do that?

Download the example at the website. There is both the ability to change
background and to add a bitmap image to the MDI screen. This code has been
there since 2003 and I've used in on several projects in version 2002 and
2003, so I know it works.

I saw it right now. I've modified some function so it works when the start
up form loaded.
