How to add child menu's to submenu's in MS Project Server 2003

How to add child menu's to submenu's in Microsoft Project Server 2003.

Microsoft Project Server administration provides interface to add menu's and
submenu's, but I don't know how to go down one more level i.e. Add child
menu's to the submenu's.
Please help.

Here's how:

1. Click View - Toolbars - Customize
2. Click the Commands tab
3. In the list of Categories on the left, scroll to and select the New Menu
item
4. From the list of Commands on the right, drag the New Menu item to the
desired toolbar and drop it as a main menu item
5. Rename this new main menu item
6. From the list of Commands on the right, drag the New Menu item to the
desired main menu item and then drop it just to the right of the main menu
to make it a submenu (you will see a little blank space to the right of the
main menu item when your mouse pointer touches the main menu)
7. Rename this new submenu item
8. From the list of Commands on the right, drag the menu item you want to
the desired toolbar, drag it over the main menu and submenu, and then drop
it as a child menu item (you will see a little blank space to the right of
the main menu item when your mouse pointer touches the submenu)
9. Rename this new child menu item

Hi Dale,

Thanks for the prompt reply. I guess I didn't state my problem in
detail. Let me explain in detail as to what we are trying to do

* We are integrating a custom web application(developed by us) to
Project server 2003. We are uisng the "admin" tab in Project Web Access
2003 to create custom menu's and submenu's.

* We specify the URL (pointing to our web application) for a webpage in
the 'Custom URL' for the submenu's.You can refer this link for your

*The Top level menu which I add becomes a "tab" in Project Web
Access(like Home,Tasks,Project Center etc) and the submenu's become
"actions" which will be displayed in the side pane.

What I wanted to do is to add a child menu to the submenu's(i.e one
more level) and specify the web page URL for these child menu's as
well.

Please let me know if there's a way to achieve this.

Thanks for the clarification. I do not believe there is any way to create
child menus below the submenus in PWA. Sorry.

Thanks Dale. We ended up redoing our UI to include the sub menus for PWA
integration.
