How to add description?

I'd like to add a description to file folders in windows explorer - like the
way you can add descriptions to a spreadsheet, for example, by right clicking
and selecting properties. I can't seem to be able to describe the file
folder. Anybody know how??

Bob I

First, not and Office feature, and second not supported by the Windows
operating system. Maybe some third party add-in, but you may search
google for it.
