how to add favouties from back up

I had made a backup of my favourites from the internet explorer then i
cleaned /formatted the computer, i am unable to put the favourites back on
the explores favourites list . I feel frusted pl help me do that

Hi,

Later version of IE, just do File>>Import Export, then follow the wizard.
If you have further problems, try the internet explorer newsgroup.
