How to add headers when you print a selection?

I have a Word document with a header and footer.
When i like to select only a part of the document for printing
(File-Print-Selection), then Word will not print the header and footer.
What can i do?

Word doesn't print anything but the selected text when you print a
selection. Instead of printing a selection you could print a range of pages,
which will include the header and footer.
