How to add more colors & labels for calendar items than existing

I have a user that wants more colors and labels than the standard set given
in Outlook, I've tried edit labels but it only allows me to change the titles
of the different colors and not add new ones.

The Rolling Stones said it best: "You can't always get what you want." The
number of labels and colors are fixed.
