How to add new dimension?

MS Project has Enterprise Task Outline Codes which I use
to mark tasks (developing, maintaining etc.) but in OLAP
cube there is no such dimension. How can I add Enterprise
Task Outline Code dimension to the OLAP cube?

Take a look at the Project Server 2002 Software Development Kit as they have
a paper on extending the OLAP cube.
