How to Add Newsgroups to Outlook 2003

I just installed Office 2003 and I want to add newsgroups to Outlook.
How do I do this?
It used to be in the view menu.

See help - you need to customize the menu to add the button back. Note that
as always, it's brings up OE in news only mode.

Also... go to the Programs tab in Control Panel | Internet Options and
change the default newsreader to Outlook Express. If OE prompts you to
make it your default newsreader the next time you launch it, click the
"Don't ask me again" box and then click the No button.
