how to add property page to Outlook using vb.NET 2003?

I could do this using VB 6 but having trouble with .NET 2003. For starters in VB 6 you created an ActiveX .ocx what project type should I use with .NET? I have the Microsoft Press book that is supposed to tell you these things but it doesn't in this case.

AFAIK you must use an OCX for that. See if you find anything at
