How to add/remove resource(s) on a task using PWA

Is there a way in PWA 2003 to add/remove resource(s) on project task(s)?
This is for people without Project Pro who are responsible for staffing a
project. The instructions (2007) on microsoft.com say to click Task Center
under the My Work on the Quick Launch. Next you point to the task and click
the arrow that appears and then click Reassign Work.

I cannot find the above referenced Task Center in PWA 2003.

No, there is no way to do this in PWA. See my response to your previous
post.

You cannot use the limited directions available for Project Server 2007 as
there are man differences between the two products. In your quest for
knowledge on Project Server 2003, refer to the following FAQ regarding
documentation, books, and training on the software:
