How to add/select 1 chkbox in 3

Hi,

I am prepararing a document and I need to add a table, in
which some fields require for the reader to add a check
mark on one of the check box only.

Does anybody have know how to do this?

Sounds like an Option Dialog to me, but not sure how to
do that in Word. Try doing a search in Word for Option
Dialog, maybe that will help?

1) Which version of Word
2) Are you going to run into any problems with macro
security? Because you can only do this by adding things to
your document that will trigger it?
