How to add signature to BOTTOM of replies and forwards in Outlook

just had to reinstall outlook and this is driving me nuts- had previous
installation configured somehow to add signature to all replies and forwards
AUTOMATICALLY at the bottom....now it's appearing at the top ! looks
horrible. thanx
