Is it possible to correct a photo and is there a Microsoft office package
where you can use an airbrush option to "fix" a photo?

Microsoft has discontinued their digital imaging line of programs because
many of those tools were built into Vista. You may still be able to find
Microsoft Digital Imaging suites at your local retailer.

www.getpaint.net is very good.
Serif also has free programs.

www.irfanview.com can do some photo editing, it is free too.
