How to allow Exernal Client Access to a ProjectServer Plan

Hello

We have created a Project Plan which is published to Project Server and
updated within the company, and we also have external clients who we would
like to be able to access and update the plan, however I'm unsure as to how
to go about setting this up?

Hi Suzanne,

There is no easy explanaition to this, but I will try to point you into the
right direction.

You will need to make sure that the external client receives a domain user
name of your company and you will need to make sure that it is also a user in
Project Web Access ( please make sure that the appropriate security is set
up). Then you either give them VPN access or Terminal Server access, unless
the external client would have access to a PC within your domain.
That should do the trick.
