How to append signature as disclaimer at bottom of Email

Hi,

How can i make all outgoing e-mails with the disclaimer
information in the bottom of the e-mail.

Any server setting will help instead og going to each
outlook client. Using Exchange 5.5 and Outlook 2000/2002
