I've inherited an old Laptop running XP Home SP3.
It had the text in the "Menu bar" changed to red which I find easier to read
than black on the small screen. This was applied across all open active
windows in XP and also in Office.
I've now done a "Clean Install" of XP Home sp3, and Office 2003 and whilst I
have been able to duplicate the changes in XP windows, It has not affected
Office as it previously did.
How can I apply the same change to active Office windows?
