How to apply new tabs settings to a whole document?

I just learned from Suzanne to set a leaded tab in a document. But now I
would like to use this leaded tabsetting in the whole document.
How can I doe that?

When you set tabs, they are applied to the selected text (or the paragraph
you're in if no text is selected). So use Ctrl+A to Select All, then set the
tab(s).

Ideally, however, you should apply a style that contains the tab settings
you want. You can either modify an existing style or create a new one. See
