How to apply tone markers to Chinese Pinyin

I've just bought and installed the Microsoft Office Proofing Tools 2003. I
am able to write the simplified Chinese character now. However, I have
difficulty finding the tone markers and the umlaut symbol to apply to the
Chinese in Pinyin form. (You see, Iwant to not only write my text in Chinese
characters but also include their corresponding Pinyin with tone markers.)
I've been trying to get help to no avail. If anyone has any idea as to where
the tone markers and the umlaut are on the keyboard, could you please share
the information with me? Thank you. 谢谢。

Hi Fuqiriese,

You may want to use the links below to also post in the Word International Features newsgroup on this and include the version of
Windows you are using and if you've installed the International features for languages that are part of Windows.
