How to approve a Proposal ? (and where)

Hello,

In which page of PWA a member of the Proposal Reviewers group can approve
officially a Proposal before this one can be converted into an Enterprise
Project.
What is the permission of the Proposal Reviewers group which allows this
approval : Change Project State?
Is there a formal approval process which prevent to convert without
approval?

There is no formal process approval for Proposals out of the box. It might
be possible to build in a workflow to do this based on the proposal states.
The "Change Project State" field simply allows a user to go into the
proposal summary page and change the state from Proposed to Accepted or
Rejected.

The permission required to convert a proposal to a project is the "New
Project" permission which is unforetunate if you want to disable the ability
for the general project pro user from being able to save to projects to the
server.
