but:
It can be summarized fairly simply:

* Use an informative subject line
* Do some research before asking a question - it has probably been
answered dozens of times before
* Say what you have tried and what the results were
* Describe the problem clearly - and succinctly
* Do not post the same question simultaneously in several forums
* Be patient - getting an answer is a privilege, not a right
* Remember that most people who offer help are not paid to do so
* Using a few CAPS and periods here and there helps also.
It's all about communicating, itsn't it?

I just now opened Front Page for the first time. I want to know if I can
really make web pages without html or similar language? I want to be able to
post my comments/questions, but I don't know how. That is the reason I am
using this reply. Any help will be appreciated.

All web pages are made with HTML. Do you mean can you make pages without
knowing HTML? If so then yes. Just design your page in FrontPage and it
will create the HTML code for you. You can switch to Code View to see what
it looks like
