I have Windows XP, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Works and Microsoft Office
Excell. Will someone PLEASE tell me how to put an "auto reply" on when I am
out of the office. If you can help then, THANK A MILLION!

It would be very helpful to know what email program you're using. "Out of
Office" from Microsoft Outlook only works in an Exchange Server environment,
but if that's what you're in, look it up in the help files.

Hope it helps!

Check with your ISP - many offer a "vacation: message and is much safer than
using Rules. In an Exchange environment, replies only go to internal emails
so there is little chance of spammers getting a confirmation of a "good"
address as there is if you use rules.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All
unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.

After furious head scratching, Claire asked:
