How to autofit graphic to the frame size

I'm trying to use the content frame to display photos. I
have the small photos on the left frame and the enlarged
version will be displayed on the right when click on the
small photo.

Is there any way to make the large photos (which are in
different sizes) to be auto adjusted to fit the frame
size? Right now, I have the scroll both directions to see
the entire photo.

Not "auto adjusted". You will have to use a photo editing
program to edit the size of the pictures and then
reimport them into your web.
