how to automatically FWD emails from one account to another?

We have 3 accounts in our outlook at work. We would like to know how to
automatically forward all emails from one of the account to another?

The purpose: So my boss does not miss any appointments/request while I am
out of office.

What types of accounts are you using?
You can forward via a rule, but instead of that, you might want to delegate
your mailbox or at least provide them with permissions to view your mailbox
while you are away.
