HOW TO AUTOMATICALLY GATHER INORMATION FROM EXCEL AND PRINT LETTER

Problem:

I have name and address in two Cell A5 and B5 respectively.

I obtain an alert in cell G5. Once the alert is envoked, I want to click on
that cell and send a warning letter. For example:

Shop name "Customer
Name"
Shop Adress Customer
Address

Dear "Customer Name"

Please note that you have not collected your medicins

Your Sincerely

Ra


I want to be able to send this letter automatically to the printer.
