How to prevent a group header to be printed in a report on the last line of
a column or on the last line of a page.

I didn't test about a column, but for a page:
Change the "Keep Together" setting for your GroupLevel in the
"Sorting and Grouping" window.

Try setting the **group's** (not a section's) KeepTogether
property to: With First Detail
