How to avoid the "Read-only" in PowerPoint when burning to a CD?

Information about "Read-Only" files in my 2003 PowerPoint is not helping, as
the "Read-ONly" option does not appear in the securtiy tab. How can a burn
the PP to Easy CD Creator and not end up with a PP that is Read-Only? I did
see the options in the "Open" box but could not access it from the rom drive
as PP already was burnt to "Read-Only'
HELP!

Since a CD ROM is READ ONLY, I doubt you can change this. (ROM = Read Only
Memory)

But, this is an Access newsgroup, not a Power Point newsgroup. You might
try posting to a PP newsgroup.

Hi DeeDee,

This newsgroup is devoted to general questions about the database
product called Access which is part of the Office family of products.
For the best responses to your question, try posting in the PowerPoint
newsgroup here:

microsoft.public.powerpoint

Good luck,
