how to avoid timeouts in my outlook 2003?

Ever since I "upgraded" to Office 2003 I am getting these annoying timeout
messages that keep poping up on my IMAP email. I have ncreased the server
timeout setting but that hasn't helped. Any thoughts?

Try disabling e-mail scanning by your anti-virus program.
