How to avoid to underline a hyperlink?

I want to use Excel for creating a working plan. For not confusing the user,
i want to remove the underling of the text where the hyperlink is establshed,
but keep the hypelink.

Format > Style > Hyperlink > Modify

Then customize to your heart's content.
