How to backup send / receive groups

How do I backup the send/receive group settings so that I can restore them
later if I have to re-image or reload my computer?

I think the Office Save My Settings wizard should be able to do that (but I
didn't try it).

I was hoping someone could tell me the registry key the data is stored in so
I could back that up.

The documentation on Save My Settings says it saves all kinds of Office
settings and folders and files, so it seems the backups would be rather
large compared to what I need. And it apparently isn't customizable at all.

The mail location for user-specific Outlook data in the registry is
HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows Messaging
Subsystem\Profiles

It's completely customizable. Edit the file %ProgramFiles%\Microsoft
Office\Office11\OPW11USR.INI to include just what you want the Save My
Settings wizard to save. You can even have it save the mail profile key
mentioned above. In fact, it's already configured to save the profile if
the profile's name is "Outlook".
